Do you want to contribute to a safe and well-functioning school environment? We are currently seeking an engaged and versatile school administrator for Finnvedens Gymnasium.

With us, you will play an important role in supporting the school's operations and creating a positive experience for students, staff, and visitors.

Responsibilities

As a school administrator at Finnvedens Gymnasium, you will have a broad role focusing on administration, service, and coordination. You will primarily work in Heroma with personnel and payroll administration within the high school, but also a significant part in Raindance where we handle invoices and orders. The position includes administrative tasks within:

Heroma (personnel administration)
Raindance (invoice management and orders)
Substitute procurement
National tests
Support for school management and other staff in administrative and practical matters.
Other tasks that may arise within school administration.

Qualifications

Experience working with Heroma, Raindance.
It is an advantage if you have post-secondary education in administration or another area that we consider relevant to the assignment. Experience with similar tasks within the school sector is also an advantage.
In the school environment, there can be a high pace at times, which means it is important that you have the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new tasks.
Good computer skills and confidence in Office365.
Ability to express yourself well in both spoken and written Swedish.
